I've been helping personal injury victims for over 36 years. And I love helping people! Most of the fights are tough, some require finesse, some require a sledgehammer, but all clients and their claims benefit from my thirty five years doing what I do, and desire to help people, personally.

I received my legal education at Tulane University, earning my JD degree before coming to Chicago. Licensed in 1985 in Illinois, I've practiced in all levels of State Court, in Federal Court and in countless arbitration and mediation hearings, both privately and through the American Arbitration Association. Experience for trial lawyers is built on jury trials and actual litigation! And I've tried many jury cases, presenting my clients to skeptical jurors and convincing those juries on all elements of the case.

I had the honor of arguing an important case before the Illinois Supreme Court, winning a tough battle that resulted in laws being changed around the state.  Wilson v. CTA 159 Ill. App. 3d 1043.  That experience, along with countless jury trials, and successfully concluding thousands of claims over the years, while providing personal service, that's what makes me tick.  Call me, Michael D.
